Payne's Farm Contracting is a family owned business and was established in 2013.
We specialise in pruning and tree maintenance and the company also offers a range of horticultural services including property clearing, property development, picking, gardening, irrigation, weed control and general duties.
Since its inception Payne's Farm Contracting have provided reliable service to a number of prominent Sunraysia businesses including: Southern Cross Farms; Olam; Ellerslie North Citrus and Wandin Valley Farms.
​Our small, reliable team has travelled as far as Queensland and Western Australia and is also a good choice for small growers looking for specialised attention. 
We are located in Colignan in the Sunraysia region which is home to a variety of irrigated crops many of which are pictured below-

About the owners - 
Alan Payne (Owner and Director) - 
Alan is a cherry grower in Colignan (Sunraysia). Alan has worked for almost 30 years in Horticultural and has extensive experience in the development and management of large scale operations in a range of crops including:
Citrus, Table grapes, Stone fruit, Irrigated cropping, Wine grapes, Dried fruit and Walnuts. 

Louise Ackland (Owner and Shareholder)
Louise has extensive experience in Integrated Management Systems including OHS; HACCP; Environmental Management; Human Resources; Quality Assurance; administration; marketing and payroll.
Louise has worked as a qualified Trainer and Assessor in almost all of these fields including Construction Induction (OHS White Card) as well as the area of internal OHS and Quality Auditing and the development of training materials and labour hire compliance documentation for a number of Registered Training Organisations.
